![]() Herb a day Campaign : Comfrey. What a plant, what a plant, what a plant, what a mighty good plant. Yes it is!! (Sung in the tune of What a man by Salt N Pepa/ En Vogue). This plant has phenomenal benefits no matter which way you look at it. It strengthens bones, it aids in wound healing, it helps with scar reduction and skin irritation, it’s wonderful for healing burns, it fights joint pain and inflammation and I could name like 20 other things. It’s such an amazing herb, one I would ALWAYS have in my herbal cabinet. The Eff dee aaa doesn’t allow for it to be recommended or suggested for internal use on labels. It has pyrrolizidine alkaloids which they believe can damage a liver. In further research by people not involved with the eff dee aaa, it has shown to be safe in its whole form time and time again. I’m not here to debate all of that, I’m here to give the long standing benefits of the plant. It’s been called Knitbone for its ability to help with healing bones. It seems to work in any section of the body and it also super nutrient dense as well. Do some more research for yourself on this plant. Learn it’s benefits and see if it’s something you want to use. #herb #comfrey #herbalist #herbadaycampaign #knowledge #healyourself #masterherbalist #dallasherbalist #bone #bonestrength #herbs #imaboutthesehashtags #knowbetterdobetter #love #nature #plantsthatheal #quethemusic #tea #youllthankme #whatdoyouhavetolose #slanginherbs #herbsman!
