![]() Herb a day Campaign : Eleuthero root. This herb was used as far back as 2,000 years ago in China. Of course, before that too but we’re going by our records. It has beautiful benefits and one I love to personally use on a regular basis. It used to be called Siberian Ginseng, but because it isn’t technically in the same family, it no longer gets to be called that really. I don’t know about y’all but I definitely have people in my family that weren’t born into it. □□♂️. Not that Eleuthero needs anyone’s permission or approval to be as amazing as it is. It loves to help with irritability, but is versatile enough to do it while simultaneously increasing nervous system function. Super soothing to fragile, frayed nerves and energizing right at the same time. And some folks don’t think herbs are amazing □. It’s considered an adaptogen (an herbs that allows the body to adapt to stressful situations be it emotional, mental, or physical). I love it in formulas with herbs like foti, suma root and rhodiola. I actually feel like it complements tons of issues of the human body so it an be in almost any type of formula. Give it a try if you feel so inclined. If you do, drop me a line and tell me what you think.
