![]() Herb a day Campaign : Prickly Ash Bark. This herb right here is native to the US. It has many great properties that a lot of us could use. It does great things in the mouth, be it tightening the tissues around the teeth or helping soothe toothaches. It brings more saliva to the mouth as well. This enables our good bacterias to do their job keeping problems-causing bacterias and infections in check. We had Prickly Ash Bark in a tooth blend with Myrrh and other herbs at the herb store I work at. People loved using it and talked good of the formula for keeping their teeth whiter and making the mouth feel fresh and clean. I love using it in formulas for Circulation, hemorrhoids and varicose veins. It allows the vein system to move blood to our lower half, but then also send it up again. Pretty much a gravity helper if you will. When there is better blood flow the body might just have less cramps in the muscles. I know this is dependent on several things but Prickly Ash could be a benefit to many with this issue. It also helps to clean obstructions in the body. When someone is prone to have slow healing wounds, herbs like Prickly Ash allows the system to move more freely. This gets all of our good healing guys to where they need to be. Then we might just heal up those wounds faster and easier. No one needs a wound hanging around, the body should be able to make it go in a timely fashion. I love the effects this herb has and if you feel like you could use some of its amazing properties then grab you some. #pricklyashbark #herbs #teas #dallasherbalist #slanginherbs #masterherbalist #herbadaycampaign #knowledge #healingbodyandmind #herbnerd #herbsman! #thankful #keepemcoming #sippinonherbs #naturespharmacy #dfwherbalist #spreadthelove #naturalhealing
