Herb a day Campaign: Pau D’Arco. I LOVE THIS HERB! I know, I know I love all the herbs, but this is seriously such an amazing one I have to sing it’s praises. It smells good, it tastes good, it works good. This herb is one of those that I use all the time. If I’m working on an imbalance in flora I use it because it will help to eradicate funguses and yeasts that may be making an imbalance. I throw it in immune stimulating teas because it makes the immune system ready to do its job. If someone feels like they might have parasites, it’s a wonderful complimentary herb in that aspect too. It helps to rid the blood system of toxins and is an overall amazing herb. I love drinking this one with Chaga, elderberries, burdock, dandelion and marshmallow. I really love it alone.
