Tea of the day : Calendula Flowers, Red Clover Blossoms, Coriander Seeds, Dandelion Root, Chickweed Herb, Astragalus Root, Ceylon Cinnamon
Here’s the tea. She sure is pretty, isnt she? I know the name isn’t on the cute little chalk board but sometimes that’s the way it goes. 🤷🏽♂️ I’m a busy girl, just like I’m sure all of you are. But hey, at least I made the tea, right? It’s a balance running a store, building my own business, helping others with their businesses, being a momma, finding time to have a social life (Ha!). I did take a great walk yesterday with someone and it made my day. I don’t want to be perfect, I want to please myself daily though. This tea is worthy of the praises of my tastebuds and that’s what it’s about for me. How can I make a tea that is nourishing and tastes good? I love flavor profiles and benefits and you really can have them together (most times)... Anywho, I wish y’all the best day and if you’re in the area of @yearstoyourhealth stop in and I’ll make you a cup. It’ll cost you some conversation or a smile one. Totally up to you 🌱❤️All love.
