Tea of the day:
My tastebuds are doing a dance 💃 This little mix is Marshmallow Leaf, Echinacea Purpurea Herb, Coriander Seeds, Anise Seeds, and Raw Chicory Root. I love marshmallow. I use it all the time. It’s one of those herbs that soothes and heals and calms. It loves the mucous membranes but will heal anywhere. Echinacea is all about this time of year. Boosting white blood cell count, removing mucus, reducing congestion in glands. Chicory likes to cleanse the blood and remove mucus. It also helps to reduce the amount of Uric acid in the body. (Bye bye gout). And Anise and coriander. I love the spices. In my brain I treat an herbal formulas like colors. When you were in school, you got told there are primary, secondary, and tertiary colors. So my formulas are Primary herbs for what I’m looking to help. Secondary herbs for helping to eradicate the reason a person might have the issue in the first place. Then the tertiary herbs. They bring some punch to the formula. The get it where it’s going. They are the “brains” of the formula. Anywho I can go on and on and on about herbs, but you know what I’m going to say next... if you want a cup come on in and visit me. I’ll talk with you and listen to you and give you a hug if you need one and even make you a cup of tea. Have a great day and hope to see you.
