Herbal Tea of the Day: From the Hong Kong Market. Check it Out!

Tea of the day : Astragalus Root, Black Date, Star Anise, Lycii Berries, Lovage Root, Cinnamon

This isn’t my blend. I bought it at the Hong Kong Market. It has a deep earthy flavor. Very nourishing. Looking the ingredients up it is used as a soup base there. Seems fitting because I always say that teas are like the best little cups of soup.

I’m tired today. But I have this pot of tea. If you swing in I’ll pour you a lil cup and give you a lil conversation. Hope everyone finds the way to unwind today.
