Herbal Tea of the Day: Mellow and Smooth

Tea of the day : Honeybush, Rooibos, Fennel Seed, Anise Seed, Mexican Sarsaparilla, Cinnamon, Chaga Mushroom

This tea has some of my favorite flavors in it. It’s mellow and smooth. I don’t love the pictures of it today but just like us, you can’t judge this tea by what it looks like. It’s flavor would impress and delight you if you had a cup. I know I’ll be sippin all day.
I’ve been on a juice fast for a while. Today is day 19 and besides water and fresh juice, tea has been my friend. It’s allowed me to make my body warm and happy and if you don’t grab a cup soon it just might be gone.
