Tea of the day : Pau D’Arco

COOTIES COOTIES EVERYWHERE!! So one of my customers gave me some cooties. At this point everyone is guilty even if they weren’t sick. I don’t usually get sick with cold and flus and the like. But, when I do, it’s usually mean to me. My immune system is pretty on point but this one got me, and it got me good. So Pau D’Arco it is. It’s anti viral and immune boosting. It’s blood cleaning as well as putting the body in the defense mode to fight off infections of all types.

I'm on the mend which is why I’m up at work (I wouldn’t get out and infect others but when you’re an herbalist that’s kind of why you’re there for them). If you or others around you have cooties then maybe think about giving this tea a try. It’s flavor it light and I love the way it tastes. Hope your day and week is great 🌱
