Sometimes, the simplest things are the best things. I woke up sometime in the middle of the night and decided Pau D’ Arco was the tea for the day.

It happens like that a lot. I’ll think about teas as I wake from a cozy slumber in the early hours of the day. Or, I’ll come into the shop @yearstoyourhealth and I’ll put my music on and let it come to me. Or, I’ll speak with someone and I’ll make a tea because it’s something they need.

Whatever way it happens it’s always a simple process. No need to worry and struggle over a tea blend. And sometimes it’s doesn’t even have to be a “blend”. Here’s to Pau D’ Arco and her amazing qualities. Come share a cup with me and smell my new Home & Space Cleaner I’ve been making up. I sure like it.
