Making some Jun!
Check out the SCOBY @kryvenn gave to me 😍. She’s been making Kombucha with hers but I’m trying my hand at some Jun after @years2yourhealth was telling me about it. It’s thought to have originated in China or Tibet and uses green tea and honey, instead of Kombucha’s black tea and sugar. Here’s a lil pic story of how I made it up and now we just wait for her to do her magic ❤️. As soon as my scoby separate I’ll play around with a few I’d like to try and we can compare Jun and Kombucha. SCOBY stands for Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast if you like to learn like I do.
