Our Energy Has Been Here Forever

Ah, it’s Monday! Tell me what your plans are for this new week ahead of us? My daughter and I were speaking on this the other night. How we are all energy. People, plants, animals, rocks, my dresser, space. Some densely packed energy and some vast and expansive and forever. It’s a comfort to me to know that our energy has been here forever and will remain here even after our body is finished. We are one. Not trying to be woo woo. (But kind of am because how else will we learn). We all come from the same stuff and will continue to forever and ever. The creature that dies breaks down to feed the plants, that nourish our bodies and give us the oxygen we need. All the while were giving the nourishment and carbon dioxide to the plants that they need. It’s an endless cycle of reduce, reuse. This idea makes me content inside and allows me to process loss of loved ones and energies we can and cannot see all the more. I feel like it would do us all good to seriously ponder how perfect it all is and how much we rely on the whole universe to be here. How lucky we are to be here. And, how much it would help if we did our part to keep it going at an even better pace. I truly hope your day, week, year, and entire life is amazing and makes you happy. When you pass on and distribute your energy outward to the wholeness that we are part of, wouldn’t it be great for that energy to be filled with happiness and love and compassion.
